A gently guided blissful 2-hour restorative session attuning to and harmonizing with elements, energy and influences from the lens of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

 

 

 

Restorative Yoga is the use of gentle physical postures in combination with supportive props to allow the body to fully relax and release tension. Paying careful attention to bodily sensations as a starting point for healing and increased well-being, creates a connection with our internal environment of support, relaxation, safety, equanimity and resiliency as our natural resting state, be-ing.
